The Northern Beaches are no longer pristine...

Sydney's inner harbour shorelines have some of Australia's highest microplastic recordings per sqm and with ocean plastics forecast to triple by 2050—our beaches need your help more than ever!

Healthy oceans free from plastics are our superpower to boost biodiversity, support local economies and reverse climate change.

While government legislation to ban single-use plastic items is still years away, Surfrider is taking the lead to curb the rising tide of plastic pollution. Join us to build an enduring community powered clean up—one of the easiest ways to protect and restore the health of our coast.
