OPPORTUNITIES
TO SUPPORT SURFRIDER
Surfrider
is always looking to work with other individuals
and businesses who share our values and concerns
for the Australian coast. As a not-for-profit
volunteer organisation, we rely on the support
of our existing and new partners to promote and
realise our CARE ethic across the country. If
you're interested or know of someone who may wish
to establish a link with Australia's only organisation
that represents all coastal user groups, please
let us know!

MEMBERSHIPS
ON THE INCREASE
A
recent increase in memberships is providing us
with good reasons to review the way our membership
services are managed. Always mindful of our obligations
under the Privacy Act, we are in the process of
improving the accuracy of our systems to provide
a better service to our members. We're also discussing
the re-introduction of our SFA membership card
- the card will identify you as a member of Surfrider,
and will also provide you with a handy discount
at participating stores. Let us know what you
think by email.

ENEWS
TO BE SPEEDIER
The
Surfrider web team have found that the mountain
of information being provided in the popular eNews
format is creating a single large web page and
thus a lengthy download time when the eNews is
accessed via the Surfrider website. The next edition
will have several easily-navigated smaller web
pages to speed up viewing - if you have any good
ideas for the web team, please drop
them a line.
Australian
Surfrider eNews is the bi-monthly email bulletin
from Surfrider Foundation Australia.
Surfrider
is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the
protection and enjoyment of Australia's oceans,
waves and beaches for all people through: Conservation,
Advocacy, Research and Education.
There
are many ways to support the work of Surfrider:
·
our memberships cater to every individual, including
families;
·
we have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities;
·
make a tax-deductible donation to the Surfrider
Fund; or
·
start your own Surfrider Branch
It's
too easy to get involved! For more information
see www.surfrider.org.au or call our National
Office on 61-7-5534 2855.
